Ann Weathersby lives and works in New York City. She received a MFA in 2003 from Yale University and teaches photography at the School of Visual Arts.
Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including the Yale University Art Gallery, Galerie Thadaeus Ropac, the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, the Museo Tamayo, the Chicago Cultural Center, the Museum of Photographic Arts, Anthology Film Archives and Echo Park Film Center. Her photographs have been published several times in The New York Times Magazine, including three cover stories and a special edition dedicated solely to female photographers. Her work has also been featured in New York magazine, W, Fast Company,Tank and Issue, among others. Her work has been included in reviews by the L.A. Weekly, the Chicago Tribune and The New York Times. Her photographs are in the collection of the Yale University Art Gallery.
